Diseases Risk for Employee Working for Hours

As an employee, many of us unconscious about the risk to sit for hours without moving a lot. This condition actually has more risk and sometime many employees don’t know and don’t realize what is the risk. The risk for this habit ranging from muscle aches to deadly cancers. So don’t ever joke about the risk less moving when you at the office.

Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is the trigger sore muscles and joints of the most widely experienced by office workers. This disorder is a muscle or joint injury that occurred due to perform the same movement, repeatedly and continuously. Office workers/employee who sit all day tend to be susceptible to RSI because his repeated movement.
